Opportunity:

Physician - Gastroenterology


Job Details:

  • Provide 24-hour call coverage with no clinic coverage required

  • Round on inpatient GI patients and perform procedures as needed

  • Cover emergency department inpatient consults and any new inpatient consults or needs

  • Hand off and receive patients from local GI physicians as part of a collaborative coverage model

  • Bread and butter GI scope of practice with ERCP training required

  • 100% adult inpatient population;
    pediatric patients seenin the ER but no inpatient pediatric line

  • EMR system: Epic

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology required

  • Active Georgia license, Georgia DEA/CSR, BLS, and ACLS required

  • Provider must be local;
    no flights

  • Clean malpractice and background required
