We are seeking a NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatientGastroenterology practice. This full-time opportunity offers a flexibleschedule, excellent compensation, and the chance to practice in beautiful ruralWyoming while working alongside an experienced gastroenterology team.
No prior Gastroenterologyexperience is required—providers with a strong primary care or internalmedicine background are encouraged to apply.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Gastroenterology
- Patient Population: Adults
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day
- Schedule Includes:
- 2 days per week in Sheridan
- 2 days per week in Gillette/Buffalo
- 1 remote administrative day each week
- Travel: Travel expenses between clinic locations are fully covered
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adult patients withacute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
- Conduct new patient consultations andfollow-up visits.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests andlaboratory studies.
- Develop treatment plans and providepatient education.
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists andclinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Complete timely and accurate EMRdocumentation.
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Eligible for or active Wyoming license
- Primary care, family medicine, orinternal medicine experience preferred
- Gastroenterology experience is notrequired—training will be provided
- Excellent communication and teamworkskills
