Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within a clinic setting.

Privileges Required: Both clinic and hospital privileges.

Care Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient services.

Inpatient Facility Details: 253 beds available.

Call Requirement: None.

Rounding and Admissions: No rounding or admissions responsibilities.

Patient Demographics: Adult patients aged 18 and older.

Average Patient Load: Approximately 16 patients per day in the clinic.

Collaboration: The provider will not work solo; they will collaborate with Gastroenterology MDs and other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) within the practice.

Licensure Requirements:

• Active Licensure: A valid Washington state license is mandatory at the time of application.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• EMR System: Must be proficient in EPIC.

Credentialing Timeline: Anticipated credentialing process duration of 30 to 60 days.

This position seeks a qualified Gastroenterology NP or PA for locum tenens support to address the current demands of the practice. Candidates are expected to be well-versed in routine gastroenterology cases.
