This adult-only inpatient gastroenterology role at a Level II Trauma Center offers a high-acuity case mix with excellent hospital support and resources.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus productivity compensation
- Quality incentive: approximately 10%
- Sign-on and retention bonus (paid over two years)
- Productivity bonus begins after defined RVU threshold
- Total compensation potential up to $753,000, inclusive of incentives
- Administrative Stipend: $8,500 per quarter
