Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity - Join a Growing Private Practice!
Our established GI practice is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our collaborative team and provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient-focused setting.
Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise are valued.
Responsibilities:
Work in a clinical setting, mostly outpatient clinics and rarely in hospital setting
Conduct patient examinations and obtain medical histories.
Diagnose and treat Gastroenterology conditions under the supervision of a physician.
Order, interpret and review diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging and pathology reports
Develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and preventative care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient-centered care.
Return phone calls to the patient for health-related questions and test results.
