- Physician-owned, equal-share partnership with a 2-year pre-shareholder period
- Multispecialty group with over 150 clinicians

- Hospitalists manage inpatient care, allowing focus on procedural and clinic-based work
Responsibilities
- Perform 100-120 procedures per month
- Perform EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, and flex sig procedures
- Opportunity for advanced procedures, including ERCP volume
- Manage clinic patients (40% of schedule)
- Perform procedures (60% of schedule)
- Participate in a supportive call schedule of 7 days per month
Compensation
- $603,157 salary guarantee for 18 months, then transition to a wRVU productivity model
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $20,000 relocation stipend

Shift & Schedule
