Practice Info

• Physician-owned, equal-share partnership with a 2-year pre-shareholder period
• Multispecialty group with over 150 clinicians
• Diverse patient population, including agricultural workers, professionals, and university faculty
• Hospitalists manage inpatient care, allowing focus on procedural and clinic-based work

Responsibilities

• Perform 100-120 procedures per month
• Perform EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, and flex sig procedures
• Opportunity for advanced procedures, including ERCP volume
• Manage clinic patients (40% of schedule)
• Perform procedures (60% of schedule)
• Participate in a supportive call schedule of 7 days per month

Compensation

• $603,157 salary guarantee for 18 months, then transition to a wRVU productivity model
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $20,000 relocation stipend

Shift & Schedule

• Balanced schedule: 40% clinic, 60% procedures
