Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist to join our well-established team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This flourishing, turn-key ready practice offers a 100% outpatient setting with zero hospital call and an average of 14 procedures per day. Practice Info
- Outpatient-only role with NO evening, weekend or holiday call
- Supported by dedicated Advanced Practice Providers
- GI unit is comprised of 10 rooms
- Marshfield Medical Center outpatient clinic is adjacent to our Marshfield Trauma Level 2 hospital campus
- On-site ancillary services include Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Infusions, Lab, and an OSC
- Flourishing, turn-key ready, high-volume GI practice with strong community presence
- Flexibility to have 100% procedure-based practice if desired
- Average of 14 procedures/day in a streamlined, procedure-heavy setting
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioners
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioners
- Involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education
Compensation
- Compensation floor of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- A $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

Requirements
- BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist
- Additional training and interest in ERCP/EUS is preferred, but not required
