Carilion Clinic is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join their award-winning, community-based network in Roanoke and Christiansburg, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to join a large referral practice with core strengths in Colorectal Cancer Screening, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Hepatology, and Interventional Endoscopy. The position also provides exciting prospects for collaborative research with Virginia Tech faculty and potential for an appointment at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.

- The Christiansburg practice models private practice and includes an office-based endoscopy unit with four faculty members
- The Roanoke practice models academia and includes eleven faculty members

- Largest referral practice in western Virginia for Interventional and IBD

Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $570,000
- Max Starting Salary: $776,111
- Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
