Overview
Join a new, state-of-the-art Endoscopy Center as a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Gastroenterologist. You will work with a collegial group of 5 physicians and 5 providers at Kadlec Clinic's established Gastroenterology group that covers a large catchment area. In this role, you will have strong support and opportunities to work with Family Medicine residents and medical and APC students. Enjoy a high quality of life in Richland, located in the heart of Eastern Washington wine country.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary gastroenterology team and hospitalists to provide patient care.
- Support and participate in teaching and mentorship for Family Medicine residents and medical/APC students.
- Access to comprehensive resources, including 24/7 hospitalist coverage and advanced GI support services.
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologist.
- J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship eligible; expert in-house immigration counsel.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $546,622 to $741,568 per year. The amount may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits where applicable.
- 24-hour IM Hospitalist & Intensivist coverage.
- Low call burden due to dedicated inpatient GI hospitalist, GI NP support, and cross-specialty coverage (24/7 IM hospitalists, intensivist, and interventional radiology back-up). Call shifts are compensated separately.
