Optum NY - CareMount Medical is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join their team across Fishkill and Poughkeepsie, NY locations. Practice Info

• This opportunity will be located at both Fishkill and Poughkeepsie, NY locations.
• No hospital call required - outpatient only!
• Evaluate patients in the office and perform procedures in a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center
• Independent practice with solid affiliation with local tertiary care hospital that provides a full range of advanced medical services
• Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
• Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility
• Partner with your very own Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Consult patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
• Perform endoscopic procedures
• Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $371,000 to $735,500 annually based on full-time employment.

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Fellowship trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
