Gastroenterologist

Sanford Health has an immediate opening for a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its practice in Fargo, North Dakota. The role features light call responsibilities and collaboration with fellowship-trained colorectal surgeons and transplant-trained pancreato-biliary surgeons on-site. Providers will join a 583-bed tertiary/trauma hospital supported by upgraded equipment and a dedicated Bariatric Surgery Program.

Compensation

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• Retention incentive will be included in the offer and is negotiable ($200k/4 years)
