Reporting to the Physician Executive or designee, the Gastroenterologist provides comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, plan, and treat a wide range of patients with health issues, illnesses or injuries within Endeavor Health facilities. The role collaborates with an inter‑disciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care, ensuring timely, high‑quality, customer‑focused outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

- Locations: 1) Arlington Heights, IL 2) Naperville and Elmhurst, IL
- Full‑time: 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient‑facing hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekday and weekend call rotation
- Setting: clinic, inpatient hospital, and endoscopy lab

- 24/7 Hospitalist & Intensivist programs using shared Epic EMR

- Two‑year salary guarantee: $319 K‑$740 K (dependent on FTE, experience, certifications, etc.)
