Gastroenterologist

Join a leading healthcare facility in Mountain Home, AR, as a gastroenterologist, offering a blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. This role provides access to state-of-the-art endoscopy facilities and the opportunity to work with a strong GI support team, including experienced mentors willing to teach advanced procedures like ERCP and EUS. The position is with a 268-bed acute care center serving an 11-county region, recognized as one of the best places to work in Arkansas.

• Collaborate with a robust support team including 2 APPs in the hospital and 2 APPs in the clinic
• 268-bed acute care center serving an 11-county region across North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri
• Approximately 120 physicians on active staff representing 31 specialties

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive gastroenterology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Collaborating with a robust support team that includes 2 APPs in the hospital and 2 APPs in the clinic
• Utilizing advanced endoscopy suite for procedures, with additional options at a nearby outpatient surgery center

Compensation

• $700k guaranteed salary plus RVUs = up to $1,000,000+ per year
• $1,500 monthly stipend provided for fellows in any year of their training (2028 grads are eligible)
