Gastroenterology Motility Specialist - Burlington, MA

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Motility Specialist to join our 21‑physician/4‑APP team. We provide compassionate, patient‑focused care for ~35,000 outpatients annually covering diverse GI and liver conditions, and perform ~20,000 procedures yearly. Our physicians are frequently recognized for excellence, contributing to a supportive, collegial environment with low turnover.

Pay Range $425,000.00 USD - $550,000.00 USD

This pay range represents the annual base salary expected for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on education, training, experience, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, and other permissible factors. In addition to base compensation, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation.
