- Endoscopy center is adjacent to the hospital
- 9 physicians and 6 APPs (mix of NPs and PAs)

Responsibilities
- Perform consults
- Do procedures
- Provide follow-up care
- Occasionally see inpatients
- Take call at home, shared equally among the group
- Perform ERCP, EUS, small bowel capsule endoscopy
Compensation
- Competitive compensation
- Guaranteed salary for the first two years
- Moves into an RVU structure after year 2
- Successful providers may earn more than $700K
- Earning potential up to $720K

- Daytime schedule
