• Board Status: BC/BE in Gastroenterology
• State License Required: Indiana (Active or Eligibility to Apply)
• Certifications: DEA; additional certifications not specified
• Experience: Open to experienced providers and new graduates
• Additional Requirements: EPIC EMR proficiency preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive GI care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Participate in 1:7 call rotation
• Collaborate with NP support and other system physicians
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EPIC
• Engage in continuous quality improvement
