Responsibilities

• Provide expert gastroenterology care to patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases
• Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, EGDs, and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in gastroenterology and patient care best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with practice policies and medical standards
• Participate in after-hours call coverage, as needed

Requirements

• MD/DO degree and board certification/board eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or ability to obtain
• Experience in general gastroenterology, with proficiency in endoscopic procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Interest in growing and expanding within a private practice setting
