Gastroenterologist

Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Gastroenterologist physician to join their well-established GI team in Berkeley, CA. This role offers a diverse patient population and varied work environments, including both outpatient and inpatient care. The physician will collaborate with general surgery, primary care, and hospitalists within a rapidly growing multi-specialty medical group.

• Equitable inpatient service coverage at an 80-bed acute-care hospital, distributed evenly among three gastroenterology partners
• Outpatient clinic responsibilities are appropriately modified during inpatient service weeks to ensure manageable workload and work–life balance
• Multi-specialty medical group made up of over 300 clinicians, including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants practicing in 25+ specialties throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties

Compensation

• $651,038 - $715,257 /Yr.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Fellowship Trained in Gastroenterology
• Training or expertise in Motility, IBD and Advanced Endoscopy preferred but not required
• Inpatient and Outpatient
