Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, and other diagnostic/therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with system standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
- Blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative services
- Established referral base with strong primary care network support
- Access to endoscopy suites and experienced clinical staff
- Opportunity to perform and/or expand advanced endoscopy, including ERCP, based on interest and experience
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical and procedural skillset
- ERCP experience welcomed, but not required
