A well-established gastroenterology practice in Maryland is seeking a permanent gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This role offers a mostly outpatient practice with limited inpatient rounding on personal patients, providing excellent work-life balance. - Opportunity to become part of a new GI clinic and endoscopy center planned for Annapolis, Maryland, with an anticipated opening in summer 2027
- Physicians interested in the Annapolis location may begin practicing in Bowie prior to the new site opening

Responsibilities
- Focus on bread and butter gastroenterology
- Perform advanced procedures, including ERCP and EUS, if desired
- Inpatient rounding limited to your own patients
Compensation
- Guaranteed base plus profit sharing
- Annual salary: $500,000 - $550,000
