JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified (or Truly BE) in Gastroenterology
• Licenses: Active MI License (IMLC accepted with conditions)
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: Board Certified, DEA
• Other Qualifications: ERCP proficiency required; Local provider preferred; NPDB self-query required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for Gastroenterology services, including Monday-Thursday 7am-7am and Friday 7am-7pm.
• Perform ERCP procedures as required.
• Manage inpatient consultations and admissions.
• Coordinate with hospitalist and colorectal surgery backup.
• Document all patient encounters and utilize Doc Time for clocking in/out.
