To support the deployment of integrated gas detection solutions, the full-time remote Gas Detection Technical Consultant will design customer installations, oversee onboarding processes, and provide advanced technical support for connected devices and software platforms. Key responsibilities Lead installation design for connected portable gas detection solutions, ensuring integration of hardware and software for real-time monitoring and compliance Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including device provisioning, software account setup, and customer training on connected solutions Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for connected devices and platform integrations, acting as an escalation point for field engineers and customer success teams Required qualifications 2 or more years of experience in gas detection, industrial IoT, or technical consulting Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related) Knowledge of compliance standards in industrial safety Experience deploying enterprise-scale IoT systems
