Your Role
- Planting, pruning, fertilizing, deadheading, and weed control
- Leading and mentoring a small team to maintain high standards in garden care
- ⚡ Prioritizing safety while working efficiently outdoors
- Training and developing skills on‑site and at our yard
What We’re Looking For
- 1‑2 seasons of experience in a garden crew or leadership role
