Gaming Licensed Software Engineering Manager

Leading high-impact product initiatives, the full-time salaried Software Engineering Manager, Backend will manage engineering teams, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with company goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Lead engineering teams responsible for core product areas, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple initiatives Drive strategic alignment and execution between engineering and business teams, establishing clear priorities and communication with stakeholders Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior contributors, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training At least 5 years of experience in a full-stack environment with 4+ years managing software engineering teams Deep expertise in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C# or Java, with hands-on experience in .NET Framework or .NET Core Experience deploying and maintaining high-throughput, cloud-based systems, ideally within AWS A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders to influence product strategy
