Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and refine serious games and simulation-supported activities.
- Translate operational plans and threat information into game concepts and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and exercise planners to produce integrated experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in game design, simulation, or related field.
- Experience designing games or simulations for the U.S. Government.
- Ability to interpret operational requirements and convert complex subject matter into engaging experiences.
