G-Invoicing Operational Support AnalystCGI is seeking a G Invoicing operations analyst to support G Invoicing operations support at a Government Agency. Candidate will join a team of operational analysts that will be responsible for supporting G Invoicing transaction processing in the G Invoicing and Momentum systems, developing and updating documentation, engaging directly with the client and their trading partners, and reviewing G Invoicing documents for accuracy and completeness for successful processing. This position is located in our Lebanon, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.You will be involved in a variety of activities supporting the client's interagency transactions amongst their various federal trading partners.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Processing G Invoicing GT&Cs, Orders, and correcting rejected Payments Assisting with tracking and monitoring G Invoicing transactions Communicating with the client and their trading partners to fulfill requests, troubleshoot issues, and follow up on outstanding items Create and maintain job aids and other documentation to support the client's use of the Momentum and G Invoicing integration Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve themExperience working directly with clients and ability to lead meetings Proficiency in regular client engagement via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone conversations Issue resolution experience Action Oriented Critical/Analytical Thinking Functional/Data Analysis Teamwork Experience Desired qualifications/non essential skills required: Prior experience with Momentum and/or G InvoicingTogether, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
