You
- 3+ years trading FX or futures at a prop firm, market maker, or bank desk
- Calmar ratio of 4+ or equivalent risk-adjusted track record
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution
- Disciplined risk management and drawdown control xhqgsiq
