Water And Mold TechnicianWe're looking for a Water And Mold Technician with hands-on experience in water mitigation and mold remediation. We don't just restore property — we restore peace of mind.Responsibilities:Perform water mitigation tasks: extraction, equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and documentationPerform mold remediation including containment, negative air, HEPA cleaning, demolition, and detailed post-cleaningMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sites with proper PPECommunicate professionally and empathetically with homeowners and teammatesDocument job progress including photos, readings, and daily logsOperate and maintain remediation equipmentFollow IICRC standards and internal proceduresParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency workRequirements:1–3 years of water mitigation or mold remediation experienceFamiliarity with water extraction, moisture meters, and drying systemsFamiliarity with mold remediation steps, including: Building proper containment, establishing negative air, HEPA vacuuming and detailed surface cleaning, material removal/demolition under containment, post-remediation cleaning and clearance prepCertifications preferred: WRT and AMRT (Not required — we will train and certify the right person)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areasValid driver's license and clean driving recordDependable, team-oriented, and safety-consciousCompensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
