Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager oversees the daily execution, coordination, and quality control of all STEAM enrichment programs across Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown. This role ensures classes, camps, birthday parties, and events run smoothly by managing instructors, schedules, curriculum, supplies, partner relationships, and customer communication. The Operations Manager serves as the primary operational link between instructors, partners, customers, and ownership.

This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across school-year and seasonal programming.Core ResponsibilitiesStaff Scheduling & ManagementSchedule instructors and assistants for programs and eventsManage coverage for absences and last-minute changesAssign assistants based on enrollment needsCommunicate schedules and updates clearlyManage hiring (postings, screening, interviews, references)Support new staff onboardingClasses, Events & Birthday Party CoordinationManage program and event logistics from booking through post-completionConfirm details with customers (date, time, headcount, staffing, activities)Conduct regular follow-ups for upcoming eventsFacilitate programs as neededPartner & School CoordinationConduct outreach to prospective partnersCoordinate schedules, logistics, and expectations with partnersEnsure facility access (rooms, tables, chairs) for instructorsMonitor enrollment and provide rosters to instructors and partnersCurriculum & Instructional SupportDistribute Snapology curriculum to instructorsPrint, laminate, organize, and inventory curriculum and instructional materialsEnsure curriculum delivery timelines are metSupport instructors in curriculum implementation and student needsPlan and facilitate staff trainingSupplies, Inventory & EquipmentOversee supplies, kits, devices, consumables, swag, and apparelPrepare kits for programs and eventsTrack and resolve missing or damaged equipmentCustomer & Partner CommunicationRespond to emails and phone callsManage communications for field trips and specialized eventsAddress instructor and parent concerns and escalate major issues to ownershipIncident & Issue ManagementOversee incident reporting and documentationRespond immediately to safety or major incidentsCollaborate with parents and ownership on behavioral and accommodation needsReporting & CoordinationProvide operational updates during weekly meetingsTrack event leads, staffing needs, and program demandIdentify risks, staffing gaps, and upcoming needsRequired Skills & QualificationsClear background check and Texas HHS CBCU fingerprinting (applicant expense)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple systems and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience coordinating staff, schedules, and eventsComfortable working with children, parents, and partnersStrong problem-solving skillsBasic administrative and inventory management skillsAbility to build creatively with LEGO® bricksPreferred QualificationsExperience in education, enrichment, or youth programsFamiliarity with scheduling/operations systemsTeam leadership experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, Google Workspace, Outlook, Canva, and iOS (iPads)Experience with coding, robotics, and classroom managementUnderstanding strategies for learning differences and neurodivergencePhysical & Time RequirementsAbility to lift, transport, and store program suppliesFlexible scheduling with availability for some evenings and weekendsOn-site presence during programs as neededGuaranteed 250 paid days; 25–30 hours/week with more hours during peak seasonsSuccess IndicatorsPrograms are fully staffed and run smoothlyInstructors are prepared and supportedPartners and customers receive timely, professional communicationSupplies and curriculum are organizedGrowth in enrollment and number of programs offeredCompensation: $27,000.00 - $36,000.00 per yearSnapology is the #1 STEAM enrichment franchise in the country!
