Sign Production and Visual Communications SpecialistFASTSIGNS #69904 is hiring for a Sign Production and Visual Communications Specialist to join our team!Benefits/Perks:Competitive PayOngoing Training OpportunitiesA Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will:Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterLearn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished ordersEnjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS CenterWork with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of businessBuild long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.Have experience or be ready to learn how to do the following: Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etcWeed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of imagesOperate and maintain printer(s)Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standardsAssist with sign installationsAdditional sign production duties as neededIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications and Sign Production Specialist:2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferredKnowledge of graphic sign production preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsSign production experience preferredGreat listening and organization skillsAbility to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workAbility to use a ladder for installations up to 8 feet highFlexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrateAbility to use light power equipmentDo you enjoy working with people?
