Sales Lead – Boutique Fitness Studio

Position overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, demonstrating the ability to lead a team while driving sales performance.

Reports to: Studio Manager/Owner

Schedule: Full-time (Part Time possible)

Compensation: Competitive compensation + sales commission + bonus opportunities. Hourly $16-18/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Support the studio in driving leads and sales
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for improvement
• Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service
• Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation
• Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming
• Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events
• Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention
• Meet or exceed personal and studio sales goals while maintaining an engaging studio culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or customer service
• Experience in B2B relations and grassroots efforts
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Proficiency in sales software and technology platforms
