We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build "Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game." Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth.
We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the RDU area. Soccer Shots is in need of administrative support in our RDU office.Main Job Responsibilities:Communicating directly with customers via email and phoneUpdating our registration system with new locations and classesMaintaining back office softwareCommunicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendarInvoicing and CollectionsMaintaining the officeCoaching at multiple of your own assigned locationsEssential Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Effective organizational/administrative skillsAbility to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprintingValid driver's license and access to a personal vehiclePassion for the mission of Soccer ShotsComputer/application skills (Microsoft Office, MacOS, Google Suite)Preferred Qualifications:Some secondary educationFamiliarity with Mac products and operating systemsPrevious experience with the sport of soccerExperience in early education developmentDocument/graphic design experienceCompensation: $36,000.00 per year
