Office ManagerAs an Office Manager with the Scott Schoener Insurance Agency, you'll equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You'll empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By working alongside the agent and other team members, you'll create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.Responsibilities:Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-orientedAt least five years of marketing experience requiredAt least five years of managing customer service requiredAt least five years of sales experience requiredBilingual in Spanish (must be able to read, write and speak)Proactive in problem-solvingAble to work in and manage a team environmentExperience in Windows computer applicationsAble to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goalsAble to succeed in a fast-paced environmentCurrently possess a Property and Casualty LicenseCurrently possess a Life and Health LicenseAt least an undergraduate degree (4 year) from an accredited universityBenefits:Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)Salary plus commission/bonusHealth benefits (medical, dental and vision)Retirement benefits (SIMPLE IRA)Growth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agencyFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
