Office ManagerThe Office Manager is responsible for the bookkeeping, scheduling, employee on-boarding, accounts payable and receivable, and other various jobs as assigned. This person will need to provide great customer service to both our vendors and customers at all times. Attention to detail is a must!Responsibilities:Customer Service Answer phones and check messages.Check email daily and respond in kind.Helps repair department by keeping track of inbound and current repairs.Maintain customer loyalty programPersonnel Manages time off requests and schedule accommodationsNotify mechanic of repair related issuesPayroll preparationPlace employment ads.Conduct phone and face to face interviewsNew hire orientation and on-boardingMaintain employee recordsMaintain and improve employee training programOperations Solve operational problems as they happen.Daily sales paperwork review.Post all transactions to QuickbooksReconcile multiple bank and company credit card accounts monthly.Keeps track of bills & schedule payments or checks for owner to sign.Prepares invoices, follow up letters, and works on past due invoices.Invoice and purchase order reconciliationFiling, organizingOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryBank depositsQualifications:Basic accounting knowledge is required.Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer based concepts quickly.Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.Strong communication skills.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percents and interpret data.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.Ability to take notes, follow procedures, follow instructions, pass on information to others clearly and effectivelyCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
