This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience for families.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily front desk operations and ensure excellent customer serviceRespond to all client calls, texts, and inquiries within 24 hoursOversee class scheduling, makeups, and enrollment supportTrack and support weekly student enrollment goalsMonitor attendance, phone logs, and prepare daily executive summary reportsEnsure accuracy of scheduling changes and front desk entriesReview and verify monthly billing prior to processingMaintain return call logs and follow-up systemsManage boutique inventory and reorder supplies as neededRun daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reportsSupport marketing initiatives and ensure promotional materials are displayedAssist with basic HR functions and administrative dutiesMaintain front desk procedures, scripts, and accountability standardsMonitor outstanding accounts and follow up as neededQualifications1–3 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service, management experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)High attention to detail and accuracyPositive, energetic, and professional demeanorAbility to take initiative and work independentlyComfortable with computer systems and learning new softwareExperience in scheduling, customer service, or office coordination preferredIf you are a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional, we'd love to meet you.
