Join our team as a Master Plumber and help us establish a new plumbing division! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled plumber to lead and innovate in a growing company dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality work.

Responsibilities include leading the development and launch of the new plumbing division, overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations, training and mentoring junior plumbing staff to uphold quality standards, managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service, conducting inspections and troubleshooting plumbing issues effectively, developing and implementing plumbing service plans and pricing strategies, and maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements include a valid Texas Master Plumber license, minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage a team, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality, experience in leading or starting a division is a plus, and willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
