IS Support Coordinator IIThe IS Support Coordinator II is a step up from Coordinator I — this role takes on real workstream ownership and operates with significantly more independence. You won't be waiting to be told what to do next; you'll be the one keeping multiple project threads moving, keeping stakeholders informed, and catching problems before they land on someone else's desk. This role works directly across IS throughout the entire agency — and regularly utilizes and supports systems like Monday (project tracking), eHana (EHR), Microsoft Office 365. If you like having ownership over outcomes and working in an environment where the work actually matters, this is a good fit.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating multiple project workstreams simultaneously — timelines, milestones, and deliverables tracked in MondayFacilitating project meetings and owning follow-through on action items across IS and the whole agencyServing as a primary liaison between IS and program departments — keeping stakeholders informed without being askedDeveloping and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communicationsIdentifying project risks and dependencies early — recommending mitigation before issues escalateHandling various enterprise application support requests including eHana (EHR) Check Requests, etc. within SLA guidelinesSupporting QM/UM report cycles — gathering billing data, incident reports, patient feedback, and treatment efficacy informationContributing to EHR compliance audit preparation — organizing materials and ensuring readiness ahead of reviewsPreparing and cleaning data ahead of IS application development cyclesContributing to continuous improvement of IS project management practices and templatesQualifications:3–5 years of project coordination or related experience, including managing defined workstreamsComfortable working independently — you take ownership and escalate when it's truly needed, not as a defaultExperience with project management tools (Monday and/or Microsoft Planner preferred)Clear, professional written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities without losing visibilityBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceCAPM, PMP, or similar certification preferred — but we'll take demonstrated capability over credentialsFamiliarity with EHR workflows, HIPAA, or health IT delivery is a strong plusBenefits:Generous PTO (time-off) package.Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans.Life insurance and long-term disability insurance.403(b) retirement plan.Tuition remission for eligible classes.Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility and tuition assistance.Opportunities for career development and advancement.And much moreAbout ServiceNet:ServiceNet is a compassionate non-profit organization that helps individuals facing challenges such as mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, homelessness, and substance use issues. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
