Benefits/Perks:Competitive payHealth insurance401kPaid vacation and holidayOngoing training opportunitiesA successful FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer will:Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and appliedComplete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to mediaDetermine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurateMaintain customer logo library; convert graphic filesMaintain marketing collateral for FASTSIGNS of Pembroke PinesEquipment & production experience:Experience operating large-format printers and plotters (Mimaki Printers preferred)Experience with vinyl cutters, laminators, and mounting equipment (Mimaki Plotter Cutting preferred)Experience utilizing RasterLink (or Onyx) SoftwareAbility to prepare, set up, and output files for print and cut productionUnderstanding of materials used in sign production (vinyl, banner, rigid substrates, etc.)Comfortable troubleshooting basic production and output issuesWillingness to learn and operate additional equipment as neededIdeal qualifications for FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer:2-4 years of graphic design experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentProficient in Adobe IllustratorExperience utilizing AI graphic design toolsAbility to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomouslyDetermine the best output method based on the customer's needsStrong communication skills; able to engage customers by phone, email, in person, and onsiteOutgoing, customer-focused, and able to build long-term client relationshipsOrganized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, work orders, and project timelines accuratelySit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workTech-savvy and comfortable learning order management systems (e.g., CoreBridge)Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracyComfortable sitting at a computer and viewing a screen for extended periods (4+ hours)Enthusiastic team player, proactive in supporting business growth and daily operationsDo you enjoy working with people?
