Customer Communications & Operations CoordinatorWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Communications & Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with our customers and supporting internal operations. You will be the key point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, manage day-to-day communication, support scheduling, and help keep our operations running efficiently.This is a full-time, hybrid-remote position located in ASP-Williamson Co.Return customer calls from our call center and schedule services accordinglyEngage with existing customers who reach out via our business phone lineManage daily communication with customers via phone, text, and emailTrack and manage company trucks, including maintenance schedules and availabilityCollect required documentation from subcontractors, such as W-9s and Certificates of InsuranceSend daily reports to ASP owners detailing customer communicationsSend reminders to scheduled customers, including upcoming filter cleaning appointmentsMaintain an organized and updated Outlook inbox to ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication threadsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational abilities with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general calendar/email toolsFriendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitudePrior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plusMust be able to attend in-person monthly meeting in Georgetown, TexasWe're a close-knit, supportive team committed to providing the best service experience for our customers.
