Cable InstallerAdaptiv Automation LTD. CO. is seeking an experienced Cable Installer to join our team.
In this role, you will install and maintain cables for computers, routers, telephone systems, and other electronic equipment. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers to understand their needs, assessing the project requirements, removing the old equipment, and installing new cables. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has an excellent understanding of electrical equipment.Communicate with customers to understand their needsAssess the project requirements, including design and equipmentInstall cables in homes, commercial, retail, and industrial spacesRemove old, damaged, or unnecessary cables and equipmentTroubleshoot cable and network problemsEducate customers on basic operating instructionsHigh school diploma or GEDTechnical certifications are a plusPrevious experience as a Custom AV, Home Theater or Cable Installer; low-voltage technician; or related experience is preferredKnowledge of home theater, networking, security, lighting and home automation systemsAbility to work with limited or no supervisionExcellent interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to bend repeatedly, lift heavy objects, and work in small spacesCompensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hourOur company is dedicated to serving our customers and our community.
