Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications:2 years of service technician experienceCertified general motors technician as well as Nissan training in progressASE certificationB level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam playerMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentThe Graff family has been in the automotive retail and service business for over 100 years and the reason is the people behind the Graff sign on the front of the building.
