Business Operations ManagerJoin Cooper Equipment Rentals, a new division of Cooper Tacia General Contracting. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our office in Sanford, NC. In this role you will be responsible for the growth and efficiency of the rental operations. This includes ensuring efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day rental operations such as equipment readiness, maintenance programs and logistics.Lead sales initiatives to ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.Recruit, train and manage staff through continuous coaching, training and performance feedbackManage and report on profit and loss statementConduct inventory audits to maintain efficient fleet levelsPromote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, accountability and communicationAdhere to all company safety guidelines and protocolsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred3 + years of sales and operations experienceStrong motivational and leadership skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust maintain a professional appearanceValid driver's licenseEmployment Type: Full-timeBenefits:100% Employer Paid Health, Vision & Dental Insurance for employeePTO/ Paid Holidays401K W/ 4% MatchContinued Education as neededWe are an equal opportunity and drug-free workplace.
