Administrative AssistantFish Window Cleaning / Janus Services Corp is hiring a proactive Administrative Assistant for our small, but challenging, North Phoenix office (Cave Creek Rd and Cactus Rd). We are looking for an exceptional professional who does more than just manage a desk—you anticipate needs before they arise. As the "voice" of our office, you create the critical first impression of our brand and play a major role in our continued growth.Compensation: $20-$22/hour, based on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday, start: 9am.
End: Between 1pm and 3pm, depending on workload (20 to 30 hours per week).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Managing email communication (can be numerous at times)Collecting current and past due accountsProcessing check, cash and credit card payments into our databaseCreating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processesCreating bank depositsEntering, scheduling, and confirming job services into our databaseInteracting with window cleaners on job details and on completing work orders and invoices properlyFiling out all necessary paperworkAnswering phones (< 10 calls/day; seeking 100% capture)Office maintenance (e.g. common area wastebaskets, sweeping when needed)Essential Qualifications:Very high attention to detail – must be able to reliably notice and communicate elaborate detailsCompetent and efficient – must be able to multitask and to process the volume of work and communicationGood organizational skills and ability to follow-throughFriendly, outgoing personality, love helping peopleExcellent communication skills on the phone, email and in personDemonstrate self-confidence and trustworthinessAbility to learn new software and systemsWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (may be tested)High School diploma/GED requiredOffice-related experience is preferredReliable transportationFish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on.
