NOW HIRING Full-Time Employees for our DART Operations Program!

We are looking to develop the next generation of Lithia & Driveway team members who will help us achieve our mission of Growth Powered by People, making Auto Done Easy for years to come. We are looking for data-centric, customer-focused, proactive people who will push our stores to be the best they can be for our customers.

The DART program is designed to give broad exposure to various aspects of the store while achieving store performance standards. Program participants will receive hands-on experience, leadership development, and be part of a connected group committed to accelerating their career growth through performance.

Participants may enter the stores through the sales or service route.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and management
• Guide customers through vehicle purchase and/or service processes
• Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the business
• Develop and prospect new business continuously
• Maintain relationships with current customers ensuring their needs are met
• Serves as the communicator between customer and necessary departments; ensuring the customer's needs are understood
• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
• Attend and actively participate in meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred but not required
