Furnace OperatorThermal Specialties is urgently hiring a Furnace Operator to join our Heat Treat Division in Tulsa, OK. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with metal, following precise processes, and being part of a team that delivers quality results to customers.This position is open immediately. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor furnace processes to ensure required time, temperature, and atmosphere specificationsLoad, fixture, and process materials according to production schedulesComplete accurate documentation on shop orders and furnace chartsMinimize downtime and gaps between furnace loadsMonitor furnace equipment and perform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work areaRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseAbility to work in extreme temperatures and a physically demanding environmentStrong time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsPreferredExperience with industrial furnaces or heat-treat operationsMechanical or maintenance experience1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or metalworkingPhysical Demands:Ability to lift 50 lbs.
