We are just getting started!Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Hands on manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitudeWillingness to learn new skillsEffective written & verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skillsAbove average attention to details and be concerned for correctness of workBasic math and computer skillsAble to lift 50 lbs.Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate various manufacturing and furnace equipment as requiredWork at different workstations as required, or shift from one station to another, during the manufacturing processMaintain safe and clean work environmentMonitor to ensure the furnace equipment is running and safe.Perform regular cleaning maintenance as required.Complete appropriate data entry as directed, prepare shift summaries as requestedResponsible for quality of workPerform preventative maintenance as requiredComplete assigned tasks on time and to required specification(s)Perform additional duties within the broad scope of the jobWork performed in a manufacturing environment.Overtime as required.Follow the standards of ISO13485 and ISO 9001 International StandardsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and/or Experience:High School Diploma, GED, and 1 year manufacturing experienceGeneral mechanical and technical aptitudeBasic math skillsOrderly and responsible with tools.Basic computer skills
