Knows Lock-Out/Tag-Out. Maintain safety, environmental and 5S standards on line support. Report and enforce safety of self and others.

Implement and sustain 5S in cell/line/work area. Affirms knowledge of injury reporting and hazard identification procedures. B. Satisfy production requirements on line at the highest quality. Produce parts to specifications.

Strive to attain production and scrap goals utilizing problem solving skills and quality alerts. Communicate on shift handoff daily. Perform basic process and maintenance troubleshooting activities. Maintain quality records and adhere to all quality inspections fulfilling quality systems. C.

Molding parameter settings, completes changeover checklist, maintains line operation organization, enters puncturing coordinates, positions milling cutter, completes plate replacement set up. D. Completes bolster replacement set-up, production lot marking, accurately fills out production reports, operates forklift as needed, first level maintenance on flask cleaning, truck cleaning and die puncturing device, replaces worn milling tooling, mold sand cutting blades operation (both horizontal and vertical) identifies faults and reports UR.Furnace Operator 3rd Qualifications:Accomplishes heating performance precision and control, obtains samples for chemical analysis for liquid alloy treatments, completes slagging on liquid alloy treatments, corrects composition calculations and corrections for liquid alloy treatments.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
