Duties
- Advise investment funds and investors at all lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
- Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred.
- Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
Education
- Excellent academic credentials required.
