To support the multi-million-dollar goal of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Series, the full-time Fundraising Manager will manage participant programs, driving walker recruitment, retention, and fundraising efforts while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to recruit new participants for fundraising events Manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio and cultivate relationships with high-value participants Provide ongoing support and motivation to participants, ensuring a positive experience and meeting fundraising goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in fundraising, participant management, or a related role Experience managing a revenue goal and portfolio between $1-$5 million Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Salesforce preferred Ability to travel for events up to 5 times per year
